What is being sold

Horizon Designs by Robbin is a digital product: a set of ready-made storefront designs for Shopify’s free Horizon theme, together with a demo content importer app, a filmed installation walkthrough and documentation. It is an independent product and is not a Shopify product. Horizon itself is free and you install it yourself from the Shopify Theme Store.

Price and payment

The price is $99, a one-time payment. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and are never seen or stored by this site.

Delivery

Access is immediate. After payment you receive an email with a link to access.learnwithrobbin.com, where the designs, the importer and the walkthrough live behind your login.

License

One purchase licenses the designs for one Shopify store. The full terms, including what is not allowed and how agency use works, are on the license page.

Refunds

There is a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy.

What this product does not promise

The designs are built and tested against a specific Horizon release, which is stated on the site. Shopify develops Horizon independently and can change it. Robbin keeps the designs working across the releases covered by your purchase, but no one can guarantee that a future Shopify change will never require an update. Nothing here promises sales, traffic or any other commercial result from using the designs.

Privacy

Two systems hold your data, and only for what they are needed for.

What is collected and why

• Your email address, when you buy or sign up. Stored in Omnisend and used to send your access link, receipts and product updates. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
• Your payment details, entered directly on Stripe. This site never receives or stores card numbers. Stripe keeps the record of the transaction as the payment processor.
• Your account on access.learnwithrobbin.com, so you can log in and download what you bought. That platform is built and run by Robbin himself, so this data is not handed to an outside provider.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing here follows you around and nothing is sold or handed to an advertising network.

Stripe sets cookies during checkout. Those are needed for the payment to work and to prevent fraud, and they are the only cookies on the site.

How long it is kept

• Purchase records are kept for seven years. Dutch tax law requires it, so this is one thing that cannot be deleted on request while that period runs.
• Your email address in the mailing list stays until you unsubscribe. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you.
• Your account on access.learnwithrobbin.com stays for as long as you want access to what you bought, since the license is not time limited. Ask and it is deleted.

Your rights

Wherever in the world you live, you can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to marketing at any time. Email info@learnwithrobbin.com and Robbin handles it personally.

If you are in the EU or the UK and are not happy with how a request is handled, you can also complain to a data protection authority: the one in your own country. The authority for this business is the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
