The guarantee

You have 14 days from your purchase. If the package is not what you hoped for, email info@learnwithrobbin.com within those 14 days and Robbin issues a full refund. You do not have to argue a case for it.

How to ask for one

• Email info@learnwithrobbin.com from the address you bought with.
• Telling Robbin what did not work helps him improve the product, but it is not a condition.
• The refund goes back to the card or method you paid with, through Stripe.

What happens to your access

A refund ends your license. Your account is closed and the designs may no longer be used, including any copy you already downloaded. If you published a design, it has to come off your live store. Keeping the money and the design is not one of the options.

Your statutory rights

If you are buying as a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Some sellers of digital products ask you to sign that right away at checkout in exchange for instant access. This one does not: you keep the full withdrawal right, and the guarantee above gives everyone the same 14 days wherever they live.

What you keep is the right to cancel, not the designs. Withdrawing undoes the purchase: the money comes back and the license ends, so the designs come off your store.
